Prenatal Massage
An expecting mother's body goes through dramatic changes through pregnancy. Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that is specifically designed to meet the special needs of the mother-to-be. Prenatal Massage is offered during the expecting mother's second and third trimesters only.
Manual Lymph Drainage
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a light, systemic, and rhythmic technique that works to encourage the natural movement of lymph fluid. MLD helps to reduce swelling during post-operative care, acute injury, and orthopedic trauma. Yomassage
Yomassage™ is a totally luxurious experience that combines the healing properties of restorative yoga and massage therapy to offer the ultimate relaxation experience. Restorative yoga emphasizes stillness, meditation, and gentle stretches. Poses may include supported bends, seated forward folds, and light twists.
